4-H Clubs are starting up again for another productive fun year of educational programming designed for youth between 9-19 years of age; programs for pre-4-H members are available for 5-8 year olds. 4-H, which stands for Head, Heart, Hand and Health offers:
• Hands on learning
• An opportunity for youth to manage 4-H clubs through elected officers and by following parliamentary procedure when conducting all meetings.
