Horse wreck
On October 2, Randall Snead Updike, from Washington, Virginia, struck a horse with a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu as he traveled north on FT Valley road. The horse came from the property of Dyke Halle’s property and belonged to April Dobson from Washington, Virginia.
The horse jumped out in front of Updike from the right side of the road. Although Updike swerved to avoid the horse he struck it with the right side of his vehicle, causing $4,000 worth; pf damage.
