Slate Mills Baptist Church will be hosting its annual revival services October 15-18. Services will start at 7 p.m. nightly. The Reverend Joseph Baronet will preach on Sunday, October 15 and Monday, October 16. The Reverend Dallas Smith will preach on Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18. Forest Grove Baptist Church is having a fall festival on October 21 from 8 a.m to 4 p. m. There will be live music, hay rides, a moon bounce, delicious home-baked desserts, hot dogs, barbecue, chili, fried chicken, and ham biscuits.
