Now they, and other young people in search of affordable housing have moved into the apartments. The two had wanted to rent a house, but could find nothing within their price range, even though both are employed full-time. They were happy that they had found something affordable and could remain in Rappahannock County. Obandi and Bobbie like their neighbors and describe the area as quite peaceful. They were setting up a delicious picnic with sister Amanda Brown and others this past Sunday, a gorgeous fall afternoon.
