When publisher Arthur “Nick” Arundel purchased The Rappahannock News in 1977, Toler was made its general manager.
Arundel addressed the crowd at Thursday’s reception praising Toler for his years of tireless dedication and commitment to his profession and to the company.
His ever-present smile is evidence of a man who truly loves every part of his job.
