The Panthers went with a different line-up in the third game, and for the first time all night were challenged. Because of the line-up changes, Wilde said he wasn’t disappointed in how his team played in the final game and added that he actually prefers to see his team challenged on occasion.
“District play starts Sept. 25 and I’d like to see us play a five-game match before then,” Wilde said. “We’re going to get a few five-game matches in district play, so it would do us good to be in that situation before then. However, we’re still going to try to win 3-0 every time.”
