Must be familiar with Medicaid Home and Community Base Waiver, person centered planning processes, and level of functioning assessment tools for people with mental retardation. Ability to demonstrate effective communication orally and in writing. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field and at least two years experience working with people with mental retardation. Considerable program experience with mentally retarded/developmentally disabled persons is preferred. Contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check.
