Most of us know Ted Pelegatta as the gifted photographer who has beaten two serious illnesses and lives to enjoy life. That energy is now going to be channeled to a new eatery that will use the same basic logo that his grandfather used in a restaurant years ago. Ted will close a few days to transform the Apple Hill Bakery building into a breakfast and lunch eatery. He will Serve a custom blend of Central Coffee Roaster’s coffee and will invite guest chefs to contribute their favorite specialty. Look for Kit Johnston’s famous focaccia to be on the menu, hopefully once a week. All of the Apple Hill “regulars” are delighted that their favorite
