Sept 11: RRSCB to meet

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging will hold its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 11 at 1 p.m., at 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper. Quilt Club meeting

The Rappahannock Quilt Club will resume monthly meetings on Tuesday, September 11 at the Washington Fire HaH located at 10 Firehouse Lane. Meetings are held monthly, on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 9 a m. If you have one of those half finished quilt projects tucked away in a chest and you would like to get re-energized, if you need large work areas to spread out, if you want to learn new quilting techniques or swap quilt patterns, come join our informal group. Our members use many quilting techniques - from al handwork to the latest in machine patterns. Beginners are welcome. Stop by and see what this talented group has to offer.

Red Cross Blood Drive

There wil be a blood drive held at The Griffin Tavern in Fint Hi on Wednesday, Sept 12 from 11 am. to 3 pm. After donating blood in the van parked out front, come in and enjoy a tree luncheon buffet compliments of Griffin Tavern which is located at 659 Zacinary Taylor Highway Phone 675-3227.
