Hearthstone
Tutoring begins today
Beginning today teacher Liz Shaw will offer tutoring in reading, math and knitting to Hearthstone 2nd-4th-graders. Sessions will be held on Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. For more information call the school office at 540-987-9212. Parent/Child Group
Hearthstone’s Nursery/ Kindergarten class will hold its Parent/Child Group on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. or noon. The program is offered to children aged 18 months to 6 years. Activities will include storytelling, watercolor painting, beeswax sculpture, sewing, rhythmic movement and dance, snack time and more. Wednesdays will feature handwork and Thursdays will be Soup Day. Children may attend either on Wednesdays, Thursdays or both days. Enrollment is ongoing.
