fine-toothed comb! It needs to be done by category and approved by category in order to prevent waste of our hardearned money. The money not spent should be returned to the general fund. Something needs to be done to control the spending done by the School Board and Dr. Chappell. This mismanagement has to stop.
In conclusion, I am not antischool, but I am against waste of taxpayers’ money. I have several grandchildren in the Rappahannock School system. I want them to have a good education.
Times are hard. People are struggling to make ends meet! Higher taxes are not an option.
Our county supervisors, School Board and Dr. Chappell need to unite and tighten the belt on spending. After all, the money they spend belongs to the people of Rappahannock County!
