Fauquier County is seeking qualified applicants to perform technical engineering work in the Department of Community Development. Duties include hydrologic, hydraulic, and technical review of subdivision, site and construction plans, active project site inspection and providing technical assistance to various parties. A Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field in addition to two years experience in civil engineering, land development, storm water management design and erosion/sedimentation control is required. FE/EIT certification is preferred. Starting salary range is $56,257 to $73,183 with excellent benefits.
