Amend §151-37 by adding, at the end af the existing section, a new paragraph: §151-37.1 Motor vehicles owned or leased by active or auxiliary members of volunteer rescue squads or volunteer fire departments established in Rappahannock County a.ii be separately classified for purposes of personal property taxation, as provided in §58.1-350* A„ subparagraphs 15 and 1* of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. One motor vehicle owned or leased by such member shall be exempt from personal property provided all requirements of §58.1-350* A_, subparagraphs 15 and 1*, are amt. Only leased motor vehicles for which the member is rr spawn hie for payment of taxes shall qualify.
