George Mason sits atop of the district standings with a 10-0 record. Rappahannock County is second at 8-2. Clarke County follows at 6-4.

“It’s sad to lose to them,” Collins said, “But there’s always hope you can get them . next time.”

“Four hours without a break is grueling,” Rappahannock County coach Dave Naser said. “I don’t know of any other activity that does that.”
