“These conditions represent the conditions that are sought by the owners of 1,100 acres of neighboring properties,” Svatos said. “If you feel there is an issue with the noise [limit], let us work it out with the Scrutons.”
Brian Murphy, who owns 200 acres across F.T. Valley Road from Montpelier, said a required review of the permit should not be discarded.
