A graveside service was held on Saturday at 2:00 p m. at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Roval conducted bv the Rev. Dr. R. .Mark Jordon. Mrs. Edmonds was born on December 28. 1905, in Rappahannock Countv, daughter of the late Giles Mellon and .Alma Grimslev Golden. She was a teacher for the Warren County Public Schools. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 40 vears. Mrs. Edmonds was married to the late C. Frank Edmonds for six tv-two vears. She is survived bv a sister. Katherine Gassert of Springfield. VA. a brother Giles Stanley Golden of Woodstock, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased bv a brother Brvant Golden, and four sisters Edith Sullivan.
