Develop scope of work and project plan, design and implement complex systems including procedures, data structures, and computer programs supported by documentation. Monitor system usage, track and report user/ system problems. Remain current on changing technology, develop training materials and provides training, prepare reports for sr mgmt. Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 3 years GIS exp., including 6 months of project management Master's degree with considerable experience with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, and VB preferred.
