After listening to citizen concerns for over two hours, the Rappahannock School Board voted to approve the 1978-1979 budget exactly as it was submitted at Tuesday’s Board meeting. The proposed $1,318,379 budget reflects a 9 per cent increase over last year’s total. County funds required by the proposed budget rose from $704,101 to $88,371—an approximate 14 per cent increase.
