To kick off the new look, the Rush River Company is having a special day in cooperation with the Washington Business Council Craft Day on April 1. In addition to the first major showing of Jinny Beyer’s Best of 10,000 quilt, the shop will be displaying some of the newest and best work of the member artists as well as sponsoring a blacksmith demonstration from 1-4 p.m.
The future looks bright for those area residents interested in the crafts and arts for plans are underway for Rush River Company to host a series of seminars and workshops in quilting, painting, drawing, pottery, weaving, blacksmithing and woodworking.
