CHAPTER 24 Trout Fishing Amend Regulation 24-1 to read as follows: Except as otherwise specifically provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, the open angling season for trout shall be from twelve o'clock noon the first Saturday in April through February 15, both dates in elusive.
