Rezone from Agricultural District (A-1) to Business District (B-2), the following described parcel of land: 3.55 acres in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, located at the eastern end of State Secondary Route No. 683 and junction with Route 211 and 522, about one-half mile east of the Town of Washington, Virginia. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in the Courthouse Building, Washington, Virginia, on April 5, 1978, at 3:00 p.m.; and a public hearing will be held at the same place by the Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting on April 6, 1978, commencing at 10:00 a.m. to consider passage of said amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.
