A clinic for beginning through advanced sidesaddle riders, on the flat and over fences, will be held April 8-9 at Foxcroft School, Middleburg.
The clinic will be taught by Janet Macdonald, honorary chairman of Great Britain’s Ladies Side-Saddle Association.
The two-day program features mounted instruction in small group sessions, lectures, demonstrations and individual video-taping and analysis. Participants may ride for one or both days.
The cost of one day’s instruction (including two mounted sessions) is $25, or $45 for both days. Spectators will be welcomed in the gallery at $5.
Stabling will be available for riders bringing their own horses. A limited number of school horses and sidesaddles will be available on a first-come basis.
