A special Pompeii exhibit will be held at the Park from August 20 to October 11. The exhibit—“An Early Pom- | peian House: An i Archaeological Description of the House of Sallust, circa 300 B.C. to 79 A.D.”—is being shown for the first time in the United States.
Workshops
The techniques of stone tool manufacture will be featured in a second series of experimental archeological workshops at Thunderbird. Six workshops are planned on Saturdays from September 4 to October 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Participants will learn the techniques of stone tool , manufacture and related ' prehistoric technologies.
