Thomas Jackson Dwyer, 66. of Washington died Friday. August 20. 1982, at his residence.
Graveside services were conducted Monday at the Washington Masonic Cemetery by the Rev. Kirby Shenk.
Mr. Dwyer was born July 25, 1916, in Washington. He was the son of the late Thomas Booten and Emily Burke Dwyer. He was a retired carpenter.
Surviving are his widow, Ethel Lorene Dwyer; four sons, Jeff Dwyer, Andy Dwyer and Jim Dwyer, all of Washington and Richard Dwyer of Sperryville; seven daughters, Jeanie Dwyer, Emily Jenkins and Joyce Pullen, all of Washington. Donna Beahm of Flint Hill. Betty Sisk of Sperryville, Katherine Sedlik of Coral Springs. Fla. and Edith Bedorpha of Grand Ronde. Ore.; 13 grandchildren and two sisters, Bessie Bailey of Culpeper and Lillie Pullen of Sperryville.
Pallbearers were Clyde M. Pullen, S.A. Beahm, Jr., George Hawkins. John M. Clark, Maywood Cornwell and Cecil Atkins.
Arrangements were handled by the Moody Funeral Home in Culpeper.
