Pursuant to Section 15 1-431 of the Code of Virginia. 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County. Virginia will on Wednesday, September 8,1982 at 10 00 o clock A M hold a public hearing as to the proposed Erosion and Sedimentation Ordinance for the County of Rappahannock. Copies of the aforesaid ordinance are on file with the Clerk of the Circuit Court ot Rappahannock County and persons affected by or interested in such ordinance may examine same between the hours of 8:30 A M and 4 30 P M . Monday through Friday. Persons affected by or interested in said ordinance may appear on September 8 1982 at 10:00 A M at the Courthouse, Washington Virginia to express their views. This notice is being published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having. general circulation in the county of Rappahannock. Virginia
