A general meeting of the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community has been called for Monday, August 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the courthouse.
RAAC was born when a group of interested people began to look around for ways, means and a place for promotion of cultural events, community activities and the arts, both performing and creative.
