Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Virginia Payne of Washington were conducted on Saturday at the Washington Baptist Church. Burial was in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Payne. 73, widow of George W. Payne, Jr., died on Thursday, August 19, 1982, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. and Lucinda Virginia Jenkins Racer. She was a member of the Washington Baptist Church.
