Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Mirle Clatterbuck of Culpeper were held Friday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. William Ponn. Jr. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Clatterbuck, 61, died Wednesday, August 18, 1982, at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J.P. and Mamie Cornell Dwyer.
Survivors include her husband, Harvey J. Clatterbuck, Sr. of Culpeper; eight sons, Alvin Clatterbuck and James Clatterbuck of Brightwood, Charles Clatterbuck of Ayden, N.C., John T. Clatterbuck of Mitchell, Roger Clatterbuck, Rickey Clatterbuck and Fred Clatterbuck, all of Culpeper and Harvey J. Clatterbuck, Jr. of Boston and three daughters, Mrs. Linda Elkins of Charlottesville, Mrs. Lois Moore of Brightwood and Miss Barbara Jean Clatterbuck of Culpeper.
Other survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Nina Grimes of Warrenton, Mrs. Virgie Frazier, Mrs. Ollie Frazier and Mrs. Beulah Bailey, all of Luray; one brother. Leonard Dwyer of Brightwood and 16 grandchildren.
