Culpeperfest Munich has its Octoberfest, Rio its Carnival, New Orleans its Mardi Gras and now Culpeper joins the festival circuit with its first Culpeperfest. Billed as a time to "Celebrate a day in the foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge." the festival, set for Sept. 22, Running from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., the festival will be held at scenic Mountain Run Lake Park about one mile south of Culpeper oft U.
