“We're using this campaign to build the Citizens Party outside of Charlottesville.’- Toscano explained during a stop last week on his swing through Rappahannock County. "Our state headquarters are in Charlottesville and we’re strong there." he said, noting that the Citizens Party candidate pulled 30 percent of the vote in a recent local contest. "1 believe that in the next few years, we’ll win a local election—for the House of Delegates or for the State Senate."
