Mrs. Lelia Flora Dodson, 82, of Sperryville, died on Thursday, May 12, 1983, at Pasadena, Maryland.
A native of Rappahannock County, her parents were the late Lloyd Kelly and Martha Atkins Atkins. Mrs. Dodson was a member of Beach Spring Baptist Church near Sperryville and the widow of Brooke Dodson.
She is survived by one son, James M. Dodson of Pasadena, Maryland; two grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; two sisters. Miss Sally Atkins and Mrs. Dolly Pullen, both of Sperryville and one brother, Lee Atkins of Sperryville.
Graveside services were conducted on Sunday, May 15, at the Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Alson Atkins, Hill Atkins, Roy Leake, Thaniel Dodson, Elmer Atkins, Johnny Brown, Charles Settle and Frankie Brown.
