Graduating Senior Wendy Helmer "bridged” to the world of adult Girl Scouting and received a special certificate from Virginia Skyline Council Chief executive Officer Kate Genaitis.
A “Super Leader” mug was presented to Ruth Williams who will lead both a .Junior and a Cadette troop next year as well as help in training new leaders.
The campfire was followed by a “wishboat ceremony." Tiny bark boats bearing lit candles and wishes were launched on Camp Friendship's lake. A long and wonderful day had come to an end.
Sunday brought more fun on the trampolines and at the waterfront before the trip home to Rappahannock County.
