It appearing that a report’of the account of Wayne Jenkins, Executor of the Estate of Aubrey R Jenkins, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk s Office and that six months has elapsed since the qualification. on motion of the personal representative.
It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 2nd day of June, 1983, at 9:00 a m before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Aubrey R. Jenkins to the legatees of the Estate of Aubrey R. Jenkins without requiring refunding bonds.
