He is survived by his wife Mrs. Kathrvn Holmes Heflin, a daughter Miss Wanda Kay Heflin, Amissville, a brother Wilbur H. Heflin, Charlottesville and a sister Catherine H. Smith, Stafford.
Funeral services were conducted May 14 at the Amissville United Methodist Church by Rev. Steven Parker and Rev. Ray Crockett. Interment was at the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Edward Frazier, James Bywaters, Sidney Clatterbuck, Harry Raeey, Tommy Morrison and James R. Poe.
