With A Twist
The donkeys will take to the diamond at 2 p.m. on June 11 at Culpeper High School’s football stadium as the Fraternal Order of Police challenge the local bankers to donkey baseball.
The batters will face the pitcher on foot but then mount a donkey for a laughfilled trip around the bases.
The event is being held to raise money for the Culpeper- Madison - Rappahannock Farm Show. Kach year, the show gives youngsters in i-H, Future Farmers of America and Future Homemakers of America an opportunity to demonstrate their talents as they vie for prizes.
Tickets for the gab don key baseball game are avail able at the VP1 Kxtensior Office in Washington.
