Rappahannock County, on Saturday. June 4. 1983. at 11 00 am. the real estate with improvements thereon known and designated at Lot 9, Section 3. Rappahannock Park (on Lake Mosby). as shown on plat of Rappahannock Park, recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 16 among the Rappahannock County land records and Lot 8. Section 3. Rappahannock Park as shown on plat of Rappahannock Park, recorded in Deed Book 67 at Page 228 among said land records, these being the same two tracts or parcels of land acquired by Ronald M McRae by deed of Jeffrey B Gill and Donna I Gill, husband and wife, dated August 2. 1982 and being of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
