RESOLUTION Whereas, Mr. William F. Bywaters submitted his resignation from the office of Trustee of the Amissville Baptist Church on March 14, 1983, Whereas, Mr. William F. Bywaters served in this responsible office from 1952 to 1983. Whereas, Mr. William F. Bywaters filled this position in an exemplary manner, always kind, capable and dependable. Whereas, Mr. William F. Bywaters is owed a great deal of respect and love for his Christian dedication to his service for his Lord, Now Therefore, be it resolved, that we the members of the Amissville Baptist Church do hereby acknowledge the service that Mr. William F. Bywaters afforded to the members of the Amissville Baptist Church through his service as a Trustee, and Be It Further Resolved, that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of the Business Meeting of the Amissville Baptist Church held this day. May 9. 1983, that copies be published in ‘The Culpeper Star Exponent' and The Rappahannock News,' and that a copy be given to Mr. William F. Bywaters. Amissville Baptist Church'
