On Wednesday morning in Warrenton, Judge Shore Robertson issued a temporary injunction against the Rappahannock Sportsmans Association restraining the association, their agents, employees and all other persons from using the Settle property as a firing range or for any other purpose that violates the zoning ordinance.
The injunction obtained by Baumgardner is effective until November 14 at which time a hearing will be held on the extension of the injunction.
