Elmer Andrew Frazier, 78, of Culpeper, died Tuesday, October 4, 1983, in Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper by Elder Elmer Skeen. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
Mr. Frazier was the son of the late John Wade and Alberta Woodward Frazier. He was retired from the Rochester Corporation and was a member of Thornton Gap Primitive Baptist Church in Sperryville.
Surviving are his wife, Emma Elliott Frazier; a daughter, Mrs. F.A. Bradley, Jr. of Culpeper; one son, Stanley E. Frazier of Woodstock; two grandchildren; one great grandchild and a brother, Ellis W. Frazier of Culpeper.

Mrs. Gladys M. Bowling of Georgetown, Washington, D.C. died Thursday, October 6, 1983, at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday at the Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. Thomas Clay. Burial was at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Mrs. Bowling was the daughter of the late Jacob Eugene and Alma Conklyn Myers.
Pallbearers were Tom Massie, Edwin Eastham II, Richard Settle, E.J. Welch, Richard Latham and Thomas Eastham.
