REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Division of Court Services invites all interested persons, corporations, and agencies to submit written proposals for the treatment of non-violent felon and misdemeanor offenders in the Community Diversion Incentive Program. Services are needed in the following areas: Testing & evaluation; counseling; family therapy, substance abuse treatment; job training; educational services; residential housing, and employment services. Detailed guidelines may be obtained at the Division of Court Services Office at 155 West Davis Street, Culpeper, Virginia. Proposals must be submitted no later than November 14 1983.
