In General District Court on September 27 Samuel Lee Kulk of Folks Run and Malcolm Wayne Thompson of New Market were certified to the strand jury on strand larceny charges in the August Ml theft of an air compressor valued at .Sb.diW.
The equipment was stolen from a construction site where telephone cable was being installed. State police say they pulled o\ er the two suspects traveling towards Luray. They allegedly told troopers they had permission from an Ohio firm to tiike t he com]>ress< >r.
The case will be heard on term da\. November 11.
