Tammy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reid Payne of Flint Hill and Doug is the son of Mrs. Kathleen Ricketts of California and the late Charles Ricketts.
The bride wore a long white silk gown trimmed with lace and seed pearls. She had a matching veil and carried a bouquet of white and burgundy roses.
