Seven witnesses testified at the November 29 session of general district court, each giving his version of the June 18 motorcycle accident in Flint Hill which sent four men to the hospital.

Clarence Dwayne Jones of Flint Hill was charged with reckless driving and Ronald Emmitt Lilian! with stopping in a roadway. Jones had .just crested the hill on Route H2K when he swerved his motorcycle to avoid a pedestrian and ran into Dillard's pickup truck, according to testimony. Jones and his passenger, Ray Harlun Coffey, Jr., of Amissville and two pedestrians, Harold Foster and George Pullen, Jr., both of Flint Hill, were treated at nearby hospitals.

Most of the witnesses, including Dillard and Jones, had gathered in Flint Hill for a party. Witnesses said Dillard had slowed down to about l."> miles per hour to talk with a pedestrian. Cor
