Applications for rural carrier examinations will be accepted January 9 through January 14, 1984. Those interested in applying must take job related tests that precede Postal Service employment.
Sectional Center Manager Gerald Merna expects approximately 75 vacancies will occur in the next three years.
Those wishing to take the examination can apply by completing Application/ Admission Card - PS Form, 2479 A & B. These forms may be obtained at local post offices or from the MSC Northern Virginia Facility located at 8409 Lee Highway,
Memjfjeld, Virginia. The closing date for applications is January 14.
