Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz met their daughter, Mrs. Donna D’Ottavio, at the Baltimore/Washington Airport on Thursday evening. Donna was returning home after a vacation in Switzerland. She spent a few days with her parents before returning to her home in Sioux City, Iowa. Her children, Alan, Gianni and Mavis, remained with their father for a visit with their other grandparents in Italy.
Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Jr., Amanda and Stacy were Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pullen and daughter, Miss Pearl Pullen, of Culpeper. Visiting the Clarks Monday were Mrs. Alice Beahm and Lainie Morgan.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bankston and daughter Julie of Woodville joined Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Jr., and children Friday night for a delightful pizza meal at the Royal Pizza Place in Front Royal.
Mrs. J. Clark Crews of Manassas, daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Crews, entertained at a personal bridal shower at her home for the Crews’ daughter, Katherine Wells of Camp Springs. Katherine and Herman Baber will be married Saturday at Mt. Salem Baptist Church. Mr. Crews, his son, J. Clark of Manassas, and Herman Baber hung new ceiling fans in the church on Saturday night as a contribution for the use of the church for the wedding.
