Remember that school is in session now. Reduce speeds in school zones. Allow buses the room they need to operate safely. Be aware of children who may not yet comprehend the potential devastation that an automobile carries.
We have all been delayed by a slow-moving bus at one time or another, but let’s practice patience. The consequences of rushing to beat a bus certainly can hardly compare with being a few moments late for an appointment.
We certainly hope that comparison never has to be made in Rappahannock County.
