Price’s attorney, Frank Reynolds, pointed out that Price has had no traffic violations since 1979 and that he cooperated with Deputy Settle.
“He shouldn’t have been driving, but I think that the court has been satisfied,” said Judge John Alexander. He reduced the charge to no operator’s license and fined Price $25 in addition to $20 costs.
