I experienced the oil embargo first hand. Remember when President Nixon declared that the winter months would also operate under daylight saving time? I stood in the dark during those winter months waiting and hoping for the bus to break down.

But like any gathering the people made my bus stop more than a peninsula surrounded by the headwaters of three onelane roads. A sort of Three Rivers Stadium of bus stops.
