A weekend of racing and fundraising is planned at the Summit Point Raceway to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The Ritz Camera Company will contribute $250 to MDA on behalf of the winning driver in Sunday’s finale of the 40-mile sprint race. The event is one in a series of Indy 500-style single seat-race cars.
Summit Point Raceway will open Friday morning and races begin at 1 p.m. Racing on Sunday and Monday begins at 10 a.m. rain or shine. Admission for the weekend is $10.
