kids are given a test before they come to camp and again after it’s over. They’re asked questions — how do you rate yourself, your ability to make friends, how many friends do you have. It’s incredible. I was talking to the nurse who gives the test. It made me cry. Kids who checked one or two — the lowest — on their ability to make friends, their ability at sports, marked four or five — the highest — at the end of the week.
